Hilary Holmes, NP As a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Hilary is licensed and trained to treat behavioral health concerns across the lifespan. She utilizes various forms of evidence based treatment including medication, supplements, and therapy. Education
After completing a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology at the University of Texas at Austin, Hilary graduated with honors and worked as a social worker for the local community mental health center. She returned to UT and again graduated with honors receiving a Masters in Nursing and later Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certification in 2017. Over the past 6 years, she has worked in a variety of settings, earning experience in addiction medicine, eating disorders, integrative medicine, community mental health, as well as adolescent and adult general psychiatry. She is also a registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance and attended the Siddhi School of Yoga in 2018 .

She believes there are many avenues to wellness, and she appreciates a role for both Western and complementary and alternative medicine. Some tools that can contribute to long lasting wellness include:
Hilary makes clinical decisions based on the most up-to-date research and evidence-based interventions. She carefully blends therapeutic interaction with medication management. Hilary hopes to work together with her clients to find the right combination of treatments and tools to help them live life to the fullest. Hilary treats patients ages 12 and up.

- Moving the body in ways that feel good and benefit both the body and the mind
- Creating a healthy relationship with food
- Considering how one uses substances of abuse and whether or not this may be impacting ones ability to feel well
- Growing spiritually and feeling a sense of purpose in life
